Spring Seals

Spring-loaded seals are the general-purpose workhorse of process pumping. Because closing force comes from the spring rather than the medium, these seals are unaffected by the direction of shaft rotation and the sealing element stays clear of solids that would otherwise foul a packing. Ten series cover single coil, multi coil, wave and reverse-balanced constructions from 14 mm to 150 mm.
